BRIGHT DAY REMODELING PROCESS

Step 1 – Consultation

Our design professionals will arrive at your home to discuss all of your needs and design possibilities. We will provide some initial guidance and input to help put some structure behind your thoughts and ideas.

Step 2 – Work-Scope and Conceptual Design Review

Our team will draw up a working plan with an itemized, work-scope for the initial design. We will also provide cost and time expectations for the project.

Step 3 – Kickoff Meeting

With approval of the scope of work, we’ll schedule a kickoff meeting in your home to review the work-scope details and design. We will also take measurements and pictures for our reference.

Step 4 – Product and Material Selection

Based on the type of work being performed, our design team will assist you in selecting the right materials, such as fixtures, paint, tile, cabinets and counter tops. Once selected, we’ll place any orders and appropriately schedule deliveries.

Step 5 – Construction and Design Commencement

As the materials are in the process of being delivered, our team will begin preparing to begin the project. This includes prepping essential areas, assuring all permits are in place, and deploying the best team for the job

Step 6 – Completion of Work

Upon completion of all work, our team will make sure all of you renovated areas have been cleaned and are ready for use. We warranty all of our parts and labor, so you are always in good hands, even well after the our project work has been completed.
